Welcome to the Pickering Hockey Association !

The PHA provides Pickering residents the opportunity to enjoy the game of hockey for players aged 4 to 20 years old with Hockey School, House League, Select and Rep levels of play.

Hockey School - required for children ages 8 yrs and under who have never played hockey before
House League - everybody plays
Rep Teams - tryouts required

The Pickering Hockey Association has been in existence for over 30 years and now provides the opportunity for more than 1500 players to play organized hockey. Since its inception the PHA has been governed by its Constitution and Playing Rules. In addition to these documents the Board of Directors regulates the yearly operation of the league and provides direction and guidance to the many volunteers that make each season a reality.

The PHA consists of 3 segments; Hockey School, House League, and Rep Hockey that provides organized hockey to the residents of the City of Pickering and its northern communities of Altona, Balsam, Barclay Estates, Brougham, Cherrywood, Claremont, Green River, Greenwood, Kinsale, Saxton Glen, Spring Creek and Whitevale. The Association enters over 25 teams in competitive play, along with Hockey School and close to 40 House League teams.
