Curling

The bonspiel will guarantee teams 3 games of play.  The bonspiel will be structured around 3 game round robin on Friday and then a four event, single elimination structure on Saturday.   Each draw will have the opportunity to win the double take out prize being that the last team playing at the specified draw time to make a double takeout prior to ending their game will win a pitcher of beer to enjoy after the game in the lounge.

We'll host a few 50/50 draws throughout the weekend where typically the prize payout is in excess of $100.  The lounge at the rink is very comfortable and a great place to enjoy time with teammates, opponents, new friends, and family.

The weekend promises good curling, lots of laughs, and a friendly atmosphere.  All draw times are scheduled adequately so that participants can enjoy the other social aspects of the Western Cup weekend from the Friday night event to the Saturday night dance.

Curling will take place at the Calgary Curling Club.

Registration Fees

Team registration includes Party Paks.  Team registration is for four players.  If you have a fifth player they must register as an individual and then be added to your team roster.

If you are a single player and would like to play please contact the Western Cup Curling Coordinators and they will look for a team for you.
