RIVER EDGE RECREATION MEN’S SOFTBALL LEAGUE
2018 REGISTRATION
The River Edge Recreation Softball League will hold in-person registration on Monday, February 12th and Monday, February 26th from 7:00pm and 9:00pm in the Recreation Office (Public Safety Building - lower level). Membership is limited to River Edge residents 25 years and older. This is a recreational, fun league. The number of participants will be limited to 125. The program fee of $45 is to be made payable to River Edge Recreation. The program fee includes a $10 fee that has been imposed by the River Edge Recreation Commission to be allocated towards on going field maintenance. I understand that there are various risks of injury and other physical ailments incidental to the activities of the Men's Softball League of River Edge. I assume responsibility for such risks and hazards incidental to the league's activities. I understand that the Borough of River Edge does not provide accident-medical insurance for participants of this league. I hereby for myself, heirs, executors, and administrators release, absolve, indemnify, and hold harmless, the Borough of River Edge, the River Edge Recreation Commission, its officers and directors, the organizing committee, the sponsoring organizations, the Borough of River Edge, River Dell Regional Schools or its representatives, successors, or assignees, for any and all injuries or other physical ailments that I may suffer as part of my participation in this league. The Borough of River Edge does not provide accident insurance coverage for the Men’s Softball League participants.
I certify that I am in adequate physical condition to participate in the league's activities. I am aware that the league has no responsibility to conduct a medical examination to confirm that I am in adequate condition.
