Our Financial challenges. We are selling all buses. Tom / Auction (?) CRD & Ice Fees - We should send in a request for reduction in ice fees due to the economy and attendance Tom / Rick Saving Costs - Pre game & Post game meals, save money were we can. Communication still a large issue. Roof on Skate Sharpening - Request from Kat, Oral Peel's wife Rick/Greg skate sharpening area, cold in there. Rick advises that Oral was going to do it himself & all supplies are on site. Game Marketing - Our early game nights, minor Hockey having food specials. We need to get the word out there. Get attendance back up. Ticket Prices - possible offer a Family rate, other Game options, announcing in the crowd, etc. Treasurer: Financial Report presented - total $84,985 all accounts (Ex Cyclone) Rick Takagi Gaming $ 10,721. Chequing $32,997. Billet: $19,940 Scholarship $11,325. GIC - $10,000.00 Cyclone Cup $42,491.53 Above Numbers Less.

We have incurred another invoice for the bus, the fire, $9800 This may not be covered by insurance as the hole was not placed in the firewall when the door was exchanged, previous to our ownership. We had one offer of $15,000 on the 2nd bus, asking $38,900 Marketing & New Sponsors - Field Stores - 3 x $ 10 Gift Cards in the program Booster Club: We have lost the Chartreuse Moose, and possible Jackson's Don Jones Working on the Bowling Alley. Volunteer: New Volunteer - Zoey, helping at the door and soon booster table. Bill Harris Brett - Helen & Bill met with Cedar Crest regarding Brett's limitations and ability / dates, he can volunteer. Jody advised that mid week does not work and any issues direct thru Bill & be stern. Beverage: Lounge - Tv's etc all working, No word yet from the liquor Board Greg Aiken re licensing changes Sales are pretty good on weekend games, not week day. Billeting: Billet appreciation night - request date change Kim Kim McCoy Dec 7th Game, Kim away other date. request $ 350 budget, Locker Room Photos & Pointsetta's Executive Administrator: Helen Takagi Hockey Fights for Cancer fundraiser - $507 raised. Helen / Tom Give $100 to Hockey Fights campaign, rest local Hospital. Cyclone Taylor Cup - 152 Seats Sold - FYI actual seats 331 Coach/GM: Players - The Daniel Brothers did not want to come here drama. Dale Hladun involved in that Peva trade. Mc Mann in here now. Sold Zorn to Leduce. Remembrance Day - Players will be in parade and in suits, laying wreath, etc. Wranglers town participation - Rene & Kim keeping the players busy, and lots of positive talk about the team and players. Injuries - Page and Gomez, otherwise team is pretty healthy. Starting to be able to move bodies more. Meals - Barnes mom made some meals on Nelson trip, looking forward to the Grand Forks / Osoyoos trip. 3 Intermission Activities - Timbits, minor hockey skill's comp. etc. Greg / Don 4 Santa Claus Parade - Nov 22 - Wranglers will participate - Float Board. New Business: Sponsorship Promo - Don requested to give away 2 - signed Jerseys to Farrier Pub and Iron Horse Pub in hope of getting sponsorship and linking away games. Don / Duner / Helen Motioned by Don, 2nd by Rick, carried Ticket Sales - Bruce, Don & Wayne - selling tickets at Save on Foods & 108 Mall Don requested to be able to give away a seat ticket with purchases of 2 or more tickets. Discussion took place, but no consensus was arrived at for number. Don said selling was harder this year and asked for more help. Greg, Rick, Kim stepped up. The 'Beef' - Canim Lake Band is very happy to be working with the Wrangler organization. Called to let us know that the beef was 'AAA' and was her daughters. Canadian Mental Health - letter requesting to sell their raffle tickets at a game Tom Draw is Dec 16th, approval given for Nov 21 & Nov 23, Cdn Mental Awareness Night. Calendar of Events November - Movember - Santa Claus Parade Nov 22nd Family Weekend Nov 22/23 , Remberance Day Nov 11th. Canadian Mental Health Awareness Nights Nov 21/23 December - 7th - Teddy Bear Toss 5th & 7th - Food Drive. January - 1st - Possibly Wrangler/Tim horton's Free Skate. 24/25 Additional Parents Weekend. See how first one goes. February -24th - Awards & Volunteer Banquet @ Hall Broadcast Booth & Camera - Dave reported that the Camera is Fuzzy again/still. Complaints from other teams, Duners confirmed. Camera is at end of life. Rick to talk New Camera about $300. Go ahead & replace. Also concerns regarding w/ Dave getting down at the action in front of the booth. Discussion regarding all rinks seem to have the same issues. Rick advised that we have 2 new monitors that came free. We need to upgrade from our Windows 7 to Windows 10 Tom - Announced that he is stepping back from making the day to day decisions and that this will be the last meeting that he will be Chairing. Tom left the meeting at 6:32pm The Board discussed Tom's announcement, with sincere recognition of his dedication, volunteering of time, etc. to the Wranglers Organization, A big thank you by all. Bill / Tom Bill will discuss with Tom, an option of other volunteer positions that he may fill. Greg, Vice President, will chair future meetings.
