Island in Week 18, and the Meadow Ridge Moose split two
games with the Richmond Devils.

Yallouz off to Crashed Ice final
Richmond Devils captain Alex Yallouz will be the lone
B.C. representative at the upcoming Red Bull Crashed
Ice finals to be held in Edmonton during the second
week of March.

Week 17 - Thunder chasing final playoff position

The 34 players to participate in the inaugural SCFAHL
All-Star Game have been announced.
The rosters of Team Black and Team Blue were
released Thursday.
All Star game t-shirts are now on sale. All proceeds
will help cover costs of the inaugural SCFAHL All-Star
Game.

Moose challenges SCFAHL rivals
The Meadow Ridge Moose has challenged other SCFAHL teams to
join them in their support of Hockey Against Bullying and
Skate For Change on Feb. 27 in Pitt Meadows, or to raise
anti-bullying awareness in their communities.

Kamloops has been selected to host the 2016 IIHF
Women’s World Championship, bringing the event to BC
for the first time in its 26 year history.

The date and site for the inaugural South Coast Female
Amateur Hockey League (SCFAHL) All-Star Game has been
determined.
Thirty (30) players will be selected to play in the game,

Moose defender to coach in Kelowna
Evan Rodger has moved from the ice to behind the bench.
The former defender for the Meadow Ridge Moose has been
appointed the head coach of the female Pee Wee A team with
Kelowna Minor Hockey.
Rodger played four seasons in SCFAHL, the first three with
the B.C. Thunder before joining the Moose prior to last season.
