PURPOSE
The Competition-Introduction coaching course is Rugby Canada's introduction to the game in a "contact environment". Its purpose is to provide competitive coaches with the necessary training and education to effectively develop Training to Train and Training to Compete athletes (between the ages of 12-18) participating in high school and club rugby in Canada.
