Donation Requests
Rugby Canada is active in fulfilling donation requests from charitable organizations, Rugby Unions, Clubs and grassroots rugby programs to assist with their fundraising efforts.
Procedure for Donation Requests:
If you are interested in requesting a donation for your event, please follow these steps:
• Requests must be submitted on your organization’s letterhead and include –
o Short description of the event
o Event date
o Number of people expected in attendance
o Specify how the donation will be used and what the proceeds will support
o Your charitable registration number (if applicable)
• If letterhead is not available, please submit a copy of the event flyer or other promotional material for consideration
• All requests must be received within six to eight weeks prior to the date of the event
What items are offered?
We donate Rugby Canada merchandise including but not limited to hats, rugby balls and jerseys. Please note that we are not able to guarantee that every item will be autographed and items donated are determined at the discretion of Rugby Canada.

Requests with all of the required information will be accepted by email at: pkroll@rugbycanada.ca.
We will respond to your request no later than two weeks after receipt of the request.
Post Event
Rugby Canada is interested in hearing about the success of your event and how the donation we made contributed to that success. Your feedback will help us determine if our donation program is working to support great causes in the community and what we may be able to offer to make the program even better.
