*2010-11 ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR USA HOCKEY JUNIOR TEAMS

Online registration for the 10-11 season is available starting April 1, 2010

***As of April 1, 2010, all Players and Coaches must have a completed 10-11 USA Hockey
registration to participate in on-ice activities including try outs.***

All players & coaches are to follow these steps:
- Go to www.usahockey.com and click on ‘register online’.
- Enter your HOME address (US and Canada).
- Each participant will pay the $30 USA Hockey fee and their home state Affiliate fee if there is one. All major credit and debit cards are accepted as well as Visa gift cards.
- Bring, send or email your confirmation page/number to each Team/Program (Junior, Youth or Adult) that you participate with.
