Milton Mavericks Meeting Minutes of the Board of Directors AGM meeting October 13,2010 MSC meeting room 2 7:00 pm

Present: Erin Sherman, Doug McLaren, Nicki Roe, Chris Martin, Lorraine Carter, Brian Belanger, Lisa South, Carole Turner, Matt Herder, Lynn Crawford, James Carter, Bev Martin, Tracey Taylor, Chris Martin

Old Business

All rep teams did really well in 2010. House League ran well also. 7 rep teams played. This is two more than the previous season. Pilot Novice team was a success.

New Business

1. Constitution

Constitution amendments were voted in. This constitution will be available on the Maverick website for all to see participating in Milton Lacrosse.

2. Zones 2012 rezoning by the OLA

3. Provincial qualifications have changed by OLA for upcoming season 10 regular games played and one tournament played

4. Zone 8 annual meeting to be held in Elora October 24,2010 Milton has Seven Votes Nikki, Brian, Erin, Lisa will be attending

5. Lisa South resigned as register and reviewed the financials for 2010. ,p>6. Positions for the board and appointed positions are as followed for the 2011 year.
