Congratulations to the Maple Creek Hawks on winning their 2nd consecutive League Championship. The Hawks defeated the Gull Lake Greyhounds in the final series 3 games to 1.
The Hawks advanced to the final with a 3-2 series win over the Eatonia Huskies in the league semifinal while the Greyhounds swept the league-leading Leader Flyers 3-0
in the other semi-final series to set up the rematch of the 2023-24 final.
The first round consisted of the Huskies beating out the Frontier Flyers 2 games to 0 while the Greyhounds swept the Cabri Bulldogs and the Hawks defeated the Shaunavon Badgers 2-1.
The Hawks won five games while facing elimination on their way to the 2024-25 Championship.
