WATERFORD, MI - Andrew Lay's four goals led the Flint Jr. Generals past the Metro Jets, 6-4, Saturday night at Lakeland Arena.

Caleb O'Brien and Alexander Truran added the other goals for Flint, while goalie Dominic Orlando finished with 18 saves for the win in goal.

The Jets got goals from four different skaters - Tommy Burns (Pinckney, Mich.), Mike Denston (White Lake, Mich.), Mike Moroso (Macomb, Mich.) and Matt Stirling (Dexter, Mich.) - and a 33-save outing from goaltender Allan Dowler (Oxford, Ohio).

Moroso's goal was his team-best fourth of the season.

Metro (1-5-0-0) travels to Dearborn tomorrow afternoon for a 12:50 p.m. matinee at Canfield Arena with the Michigan Mountain Cats.
