(Fraser Valley Jets)SCWHL scoring leader Lindsay DiPietro netted four goals in two games, leading the Fraser Valley Jets to a sweep of the Meadow Ridge Moose in Week 19.
DiPietro netted a hat trick in a 4-1 victory Saturday night at the Langley Sportsplex, then tallied once in a 3-1 triumph Sunday afternoon at Planet Ice – Delta.
The Jets forward leads the league in both goals (24) and points (37) in 16 games played.
Second Star: Stacy Wilson
(Fraser Valley Jets)In the two wins over the Moose, Jets goalie Stacy Wilson posted a .972 save percentage after facing 72 shots over 100 minutes played.
Wilson stopped 37 shots Saturday night in a 4-2 win, and made another 33 saves in Sunday’s triumph.
In 20 games played with the Jets, Wilson is ranked third with a 2.15 goals against average and a .924 save percentage.
Third Star: Elexa Pokozdy
(North Shore Rebels)Elexa Pokozdy netted a goal and an assist in a 4-0 win by the North Shore Rebels over the Burnaby Mountain Capitals.
Pokozdy is second in the SCWHL scoring race with 17 goals and six assists in 17 games played.
