Short roster for both team, (6 players for Puck F. and 5 players for Gunz), but it hurts more for the Gunz as the only got 1 fast runner with Alex Van Zeebroeck for the men. Yes, they played with 2 men and 3 women, so it was only a matter of time for Puck Friends to control that game. It was 4-2 after one period with 2 goals by Conrad Collins (one on powerplay) and 2 goals by sub player Bruno Gosselin. Reply came from Sherry Page who scored on rebounds in front of the net. 2nd period: it’s all Puck Friends with 6 goals, most of them on precise shots or rebounds in front of the net: 3 by Bruno Gosselin, 2 by Paul Tomiuk and one by Tamara Paice.

Huge win for Les Sauvages. Yours truly played his second game and it was not his best game but kudos to les Sauvages who profit to score some timely goals in front of the net. Sauvages got to a 2-0 lead with the 2 goals by Vincent Vachon. John Wong reply for the Knights with a shot that deflected in front of the net. 2 minutes later, Steven Farber crashes the net and hit the ball, beating the defenseman to give back a 2 goals lead. Minutes later, Randy Beaver gets his precise shot that beat Shoaib Hussain. Before the end of the period, Vincent Vachon gets his 3rd of the night with a shot that yours truly couldn’t see, it’s 4-2. 2nd period: early in the period, Michael Snilner get a good shot top corner that yours truly would love to see again. Minutes later, Mia Côté scored unassisted with a good backhand in front of the net. Randy Beaver reply with a good shot but 2 minutes later, Steven Farber when he won the battle in front of the net and manage to shoot and got in. Randy Beaver reply once again with 2 goals to make it 7-5. Knights pull their goalie with 90 seconds left, but les Sauvages resist and win that game.
