The Island Surge (1-5-0, win-loss-tie) will start the week Thursday night at Moody Park Arena in New Westminster, facing off against the defending provincial champion North Shore Rebels (2-2-2) in the second game of the season between the two teams. The Victoria-based Surge were defeated 10-1 by the Rebels on Oct. 14, with Jess Sibley of North Shore posting a five-point night.

A double-header Friday afternoon at Ice Sport - North Shore starts with the Surge playing the South Fraser TNT (3-1-2) at 11:45 a.m. in the first meeting of the season between the two teams. The second game at 1:30 p.m. has the Cowichan Titans (0-3-0) of Duncan playing the Rebels.

Another two games will be played Saturday evening. The Surge will be at the Langley Sportsplex for a clash at 6 p.m. with the Meadow Ridge Moose (4-1-1), while the Titans will visit the South Fraser TNT at Planet Ice – Coquitlam at 6:15 p.m.

The TNT overpowered Cowichan in a pair of games in Duncan in Week Three, winning by scores of 10-0 and 12-1.

Sunday’s only game will be at Planet Ice – Delta, where the 2-2-1 Fraser Valley Jets will host Cowichan.
