	I’m one of the organizers of the Terry Fox Run - Georgetown and we would love to invite the Ball Hockey teams to the event Sunday September 15th 9:30-12:00pm at the Georgetown Fairgrounds (1 Park Ave). I wanted to reach out to you and see if you'd be willing to share this information with the other team Captains. This is very dear to the Blue Team since one of our teammates was diagnosed with Cancer at the start of the season. No registration fee, no minimum donation and all money raised goes directly to The Terry Fox Foundation and cancer research. It would be amazing to see the women’s ball hockey teams come out, participate and represent the women’s league in town! Distance is up to you, participants of all ages will walk, run or wheel the fairgrounds track and enjoy a morning keeping Terry Fox’s dream alive. Dogs on leash are welcome! Registration is free and simple - and you can even easily create your team! You can register in advance or attend in the morning of and register in person.
