Congratulations to Michel Carrier and the Pirates winning the 2024 Hudson Mixed Softball League Championship. It went all the way to game 5 and was a very exciting series. Was nice to see all the other teams coming out for the deciding game to cheer both teams on. Great playoff run by all teams having many of the playoff series going the distance this year. was to raise funds to offset our jersey costs while raising a couple of
hundred for suicide prevention, which really means a lot to us. Thanks to

On September 7th, Chaps will be hosting their annual BBQ. The money
will be going towards new jerseys for the team and for breast cancer
research so come on out and enjoy another great evening at the park!!

The Diamond Divas are holding a BBQ on July 20th. The girls are traveling
to Hamilton Ontario for a ladies amateur softball tournament and are
looking to raise some money to help them on the trip.

September 29, 2017 Serrurier Plus are the 2017 champion
Defending champion Chiefs battle through the end of a close and tight
played finals. Serrurier won the series 3-1 and get their first
championship since 2010. Solid defensive plays were the highlight of
series and some key hits by Mathieu Brunet in game 4 made the
difference. The night was also special as Ian Barron became a father
for the second time; welcome to the world Leonie!

It was a great way to have spent a Friday night in the Summer in Hudson...hope you all had as good a time as we did! We are looking forward to Serrurier's BBQ on Friday August 8th...see you there!

The Chiefs will be hosting the BBQ this Friday and it will feature the usual BBQ fare with everything costing $3 or less. The weather looks good for Friday and there is a lot going on in the village that night with the Hudson Music Festival starting and the fireworks from Canada Day are finally being displayed that night too. If you, your teammates and families can stop by for a burger and a beverage it would be much appreciated and would obviously add to the atmosphere of the park.

and on various Tuesday nights. Captains will be advised
of their schedules and are expected to make sure all of
their players are advised. All captains are responsible for
updating the schedule on this website once their games
have been played. Please do it. With all of the rain outs
everyone wants to know what is going on. You are a
captain for a reason so give a little extra and update your
scores. Little things like this make the league what it is.
May 3, 2013 HMSL 2013 OPENING DAY DELAYED
The start to the HMSL 2013 season will be delayed as the
Town of Hudson ground crew can not get on the field with
their equipment. It's been a long winter and it just got a
little longer. The outfield at Benson Park is still too wet to
make the necessary repairs that the town caused by
going on the field when it was too wet to begin with when
they took down the outdoor rink. Don't ask!! We are in
touch with the town and we hope to get the season
started on the week of May 13th. With all this warm
weather the field should dry out nicely and we can get
going. Stay tuned.

July 16, 2012 Drinking alcohol no longer tolerated at Benson Parc
Following last Friday July 13th incident, the SQ and the community patrol will no longer tolerate alcohol drinking at Benson Parc.
Tickets will be issued if need to. As for the BBQ nights, the committee is waiting for reinforced guidelines from town officials (alcohol permit, letter to council...).

June 14, 2012 Opening BBQ
This Friday, June 15th is the Cunninghams BBQ. They are having a fundraiser to help send a handicapped child to a special summer camp. This would be the thrill of a lifetime for him that we can all be part of. Also we can all get hammered together as the weather looks to be perfect. Whether you play or not come on down to the 'Home of the Chiefs' ballpark and enjoy a dog (not Dia's) and a beer with all the players in the HMSL.
May 5, 2012 HMSL : Two Expansion teams for 2012 season !
Two new teams will make their debut this year in the league. We are very proud to welcome Team CPE led by Jesse Bartholomucci and Team The Willows led by Jay De La Durantaye.
Unfortunately, team IGA is not coming back this year. Therefore, the HMSL league is now running with 9 teams, its highest number of team in history !
