General Information

• All 6U games start at 6pm. •

All 8U and above games start at 6:30pm • No new inning may start after the 1 hour 20 min mark.

Rain Outs (All ages) • Rainouts: It is the responsibility of the HOME team to call the away team if their field is rained out in enough time to prevent them from driving out there. • The home team is to work with the opposing coach to find a date that works with the home clubs field scheduler

Rain Outs And Umpires(10U and Above)

• It is the responsibility of the HOME team to cancel the umpire by 5:00pm by calling the Rain out line at UIC Jon Briggs (360) 621-5422. When reporting a rainout please include the location and teams playing.

• It is the responsibility of the HOME CLUB selected representative to reschedule the game and the umpire. The umpire scheduler is Heidi, and her email address is 2094slowpitch@gmail.com (this is only to reschedule the umpire). Rescheduling an Umpire (10U and above) Please designated a board member from your club for rescheduling rainout umpires. When emailing Heidi for a reschedule please use the following format:

Score Reporting

Please email all scores for 10U and above to susmcg@comcast.net following your game. The more details the more accurate the score reporting is. These score will be used to seed the EOS Tourney. Please report all home and away scores. In the subject line of the email please put “KPYFC Score Report”
