Scott Arbuckle is just a great kid and you can ask his father Warren, mother Sarah, or his three older sisters Helena, Alyssa or Natasha and they will tell you the same thing! Scott is very close to his family and lists them all as the most influential people in his life. He plans on attending UVIC in January and wanted a move to the South Division from the Glacier Kings, and so the Panthers were quick to respond. He reads the game, has patience and brings a physical aspect that the Club was wanting for. Buckle is a steak and mashed potatoes guy but do not ever try to slip an egg onto his plate, it just won’t play! At 6’4” the lanky D-man enjoys playing basketball and hanging out with his buddies. “Jordan (Neufeld) played his best hockey of the season over the past six weeks,” says Comox Valley Glacier Kings’ Head Coach, Jeff Dubois of the VIJHL Player of the Week (February 17-22). “On top of being our top offensive player, he brings a physical presence and puts in a lot of work on special teams. He was the driving force in our win on Monday over Campbell River and has scored a number of big goals this month.”
