This coming Sunday is Photo Day for all teams in the league!  We wanted to ensure that this information is posted for everyone to see!  Hopefully your team coach or representative sent it to you in an email however if not, here it is!

Home teams listed on the website (not necessarily the same as on the game sheet) for Sunday are to arrive 30 min before their game for team and individual photos



Away teams listed on our website are to head over to pad A (where photos will be taken) after their game for team and individual photos.



8pm Game - The 2 teams for this game need to arrive for photos at 7:30pm as our photographer and crew will be packing up for the day during the 8pm game and will NOT be doing photos after that game.



INTRO To Ball Hockey-Those of you with kids wearing their white shirts this week, please come to the photos' session 30 min before your session begins (8:30)

INTRO To Ball Hockey-Those of you with kids wearing your green/dark shirts this week, please head over to pad A for photos after your child's session (10am)



If anyone can not make a designated time, they may come to A pad at any time through the day Sunday between 8:30am and 8pm, and you will still be able to get photos of your child and have them included in the team picture.





Our photographer has asked that we let all parents know the following before Sunday:



1. All photo prints and trading cards will be printed on the spot (Do NOT leave without getting them)

2. Additional items such as magnets, mugs, special designs will be shipped directly to their home

3. Parents can fill in the online order form anytime - they can pay for their order online via e-transfer or onsite with cash or card.  Parents can also input orders onsite on our laptop stations.

4. Team photos will be made available digitally through a download link

5. Minimize wearing green if at all possible
