Important Announcement for Cochrane Chaos Hockey Club Players

We are thrilled to announce that for the 2025-2026 season there will be NO FEE REQUIRED to play for the Cochrane Chaos Hockey Club. We believe that every passionate player should have the opportunity to showcase their skills and enjoy the game without any financial barriers.

Eligibility:
Teams in the Alberta Junior Female Hockey League can roster up to 25 players. The league is classified as a U21 age group, however, there is an allowance for up to four U22 ’Overage’ players (2003 born players for the 2025-2026 season).

Teams may also roster up to five ’Underage’ players - those players entering their third and final year of U18 eligibility (2008 born players for the 2025-2026 season). Players entering their second year of U18 may be eligible under certain circumstance. A full description of the eligibility requirements are included in the Hockey Alberta By-laws, Regulations and Policies Section E - Junior Female Hockey.
