Team China to face-off against SCWHL
The national women's hockey team of China will play three games against opposition from the South Coast Women's Hockey League during their 10-day visit to Canada in October.

2016-17 schedule is now posted
The regular season schedule for the 2016-17 South Coast Women's Hockey League season has now been posted. League play begins Sept. 30 with the Kamloops Vibe visiting the Surrey Mavericks. A day later, the defending Western Canadian champion Vibe will visit the B.C. champion South Fraser TNT in North Delta.

New name, logo
The top women's hockey league in B.C. has a new look and a new name. Over the summer, the South Coast Female Amateur Hockey League has become the South Coast Women's Hockey League.
