With the re-birth of the Williams Lake Timberwolves just over six months away, the BCHL club has been extremely diligent in its recruitment.
To date, the Timberwolves have a verbal commitment from no fewer 14 players for the 2009/2010 season. This includes individuals from all three of the province's elite Junior "B" curcuits, the Kootenay International Junior Hockey League, Pacific International Junior Hockey League and Vancouver Island Junior Hockey League.
Among the players who have agreed to sign with the team are Trent Murdoch, a 5' 10", 160 pound Forward from the VIJHL's Comox Valley Glacier Kings; Ryan Stanimir, a 6', 185 pound Forward from the PIJHL's Ridge Meadow Flames; Justin Bardason, a 5' 10", 190 pound Forward from the KIJHL'S Chase Chiefs; and Kyle Leung, a 5' 8", 160 pound Forward from the PIJHL's North Delta Devils.
Similar to all other BCHL clubs, the Timberwolves will be able to sign players upon receiving their cards in late May.
