Did you know - 1 in every 20 children aged 7-17 will experience the death of a parent. Grieving children who have experienced the death of someone they love can feel isolated and alone. At Feel the Magic, they provide grief education and support to bereaved children and their families to help alleviate the pain and isolation felt by the loss of a parent, sibling or legal guardian.
Sydney Ice Dogs Captain Tomas Manco, along with team mates, Grant Toulmin and Garrett Bartus dropped by last weekend’s Feel the Magic event and gave the kids some ice hockey tips. Plus Garret packed his goalie gear and they kids got to try on all those massive goalie pads!
