It was also announced that Lars Hepso will be joining the Posse as their Power Skating Coach on a contract basis.  Hepso is currently the Power Skating Coach and Assistant Coach for Okanagan Hockey Academy in Penticton, BC and is a Power Skating Coach for Okanagan Hockey School.  Hepso spent one season in the KIJHL (Penticton Lakers) before spending the next three seasons in the BCHL (Alberni Valley Bulldogs) where he contributed a great deal with his skill and skating abilities.  Lars currently runs a successful off ice summer training program in Penticton, BC where many professional and major junior players, along with Posse defenseman Cooper Prechel, depend on Lars’ spring and summer training.  Hepso is currently in post-secondary school where he is in the process of obtaining a business degree.
