1. Called to order
2. Approval of 2009 minutes-moved for approval by Tracadie, Seconded by Newcastle-all agreed
3. New Teams were considered and accepted, Douglastown to play full schedule, Chatham to play 1 home and 1 away with each team except Grand Falls, were Chatham will play 2 games in Grand Falls Moved to accept new teams by Newcastle, seconded by Lameque
4. Fees remained at $500 for local teams, $450 for outside Miramichi Valley
5. 26 game schedule-4 games (2 home/2 away) against each team, for total of 24 plus home and away game against Chatham
6. Runner for Catcher-ok for regular season, but not in playoffs
7. Playoffs-all teams in one division in playoffs, #1 team receiving 1st round bye, 2-7, 3-6, 4-5 in best of five beginning Aug 3 to Aug 10 for round one; round two beginning Aug 12 to Aug 21-best of five, with #1 (regular season) facing highest ranking team (ex: 7, 6 or #5), for best of five. Finals to begin Aug 22 to 31, best of seven if time permitting. All series may start a day or two earlier if previous series is finished with at least a day off for all teams.
8. Very Important All balls used to be ROML-Rawlings. If balls at a game are not ROML, visiting team may provide proper balls and home team to pay cost of provided balls out of performance bond and bond must be paid before next game
