Field Locations in the Lower Mainland

 
SURREY:

TAMANAWIS PARK ARTIFICIAL TURF (our Home field) - Located at 64th avenue and 126th Street.
From Highway 91, take the Highway 10 exit toward Surrey. Merge onto Provincial Route 10. Turn left onto 120 Street/Scott Road. Turn right onto 64th Avenue until about 126th Street. The parking lot is off 64th and the field is behind the parking lot.

Note: Only Turf boots or Runners are permitted on the Tamanawis Turf fields (i.e. Soccer cleats/studs are not allowed).

CLOVERDALE ATHLETIC PARK TURF (CAP) - Located at the corner of 168th Street and 64th Avenue in Surrey. From the Alex Fraser Bridge, take the 64th Avenue exit to 168th Street. From the Port Mann Bridge, take the 152nd Street exit South to 64th Avenue, turn left on 64th Avenue to 168th Street.

NEWTON ATHLETIC PARK TURF (Newton or NAP) - Located at 74 Avenue and 128 Street. Enter from 128th Street by coming into Surrey from 72nd Avenue to 128th street. From the Alex Fraser Bridge, take the 72nd Avenue exit to 128th Street, turn left at 128th Street and  the park is at 74th Avenue on your left. From the Port Mann Bridge, take the 152nd Street exit South to 108th Avenue, turn right on 108th Avenue to 128th Street and turn left to 74th Avenue, the park is on your right.

BURNABY:

CARIBOO OVAL (CARR)  – From Highway 1, take the Cariboo exit southbound, up Cariboo Road to Armstrong Avenue. Turn right on Armstrong and go for 4 blocks to Cariboo Hill Secondary (upper field). Enter off Armstrong Street driveway.

BURNABY LAKE SPORTS COMPLEX WEST (BLSCW #2)  – Located at the Western end of Burnaby Lake and West of C. G. Brown Pool. From either direction on Canada Way in Burnaby (or HWY #1), turn north on to Kensington Avenue and follow past Sprott Street to the next set of lights (Joe Sakic Way), turn left and follow to parking lot.

COQUITLAM:

CUNNINGS FIELD (COQ)  – Located at Town Centre Park just off Pinetree Way in Coquitlam. Take Hwy #1, exit at the Cape Horn Interchange and take Hwy #7 (Lougheed Hwy) past Riverview Hospital. At the junction of Lougheed and Barnett continue straight ahead past Coquitlam Centre (on your left). Proceed on Pinetree way under the pedestrian overpass and turn right at the next light. The park is on your left and parking on the right. Pay parking in effect on Saturdays but not Sundays.

DELTA:

HOLLY PARK ARTIFICIAL TURF (Holly Park) - Located just south of Ladner Trunk Road on 62nd Street in Ladner at 4625 62nd Street. Take Hwy 99 towards George Massey tunnel. Take Hwy 17 exit southbound. Turn left at lights onto Ladner Trunk Road (Hwy 10). Turn right on 62nd Street. It is next to Holly Elementary School.

MACKIE PARK TURF (Mackie)- Located at 110th Street and 82nd Avenue in North Delta. Enter from 110th Street by coming into Surrey from 84th Avenue to 110th Street. From the Alex Fraser bridge, take the Nordel Way exit East to 84th Avenue, turn right at 84th Avenue and right again at 110th Street.

NORTH VANCOUVER

WILLIAM GRIFFIN PARK (Griffin)  -  From 1st Narrows Bridge (Lions Gate) get on Hwy 1 heading East. From 2nd Narrows Bridge (Iron Workers Memorial) stay on Hwy 1 West. From Hwy 1 take the Westview exit and head North toward the mountains. Turn left on Queens Road and turn left into William Griffin Park just past the community center. The field is down behind the community center.

RICHMOND:

MINORU TURF (Minoru)  - Located at 7191 Granville Street in Richmond near No. 3 Road. The turf is on the west side of the Minoru Pavilion and there is parking beside the turf. Showers and changing rooms are available as part of the new facility.

WOODWARDS ROAD FIELDS (RICH)  – Head west along Steveston Hwy. Turn right at # 2 Road. Pass through the light at Williams Road then turn left down Woodwards Rd (there is a convenience store on the corner). The fields are three or four blocks west, on the left (south) side of Woodwards Rd adjacent to an elementary school.

TSAWWASSEN:

WINSKILL PARK (TWA) - Take  Hwy #17 south from Ladner in the direction of Tsawwassen ferry. Turn left  (south) at the intersection of Hwy #17 and 56 Street into Tsawwassen. Proceed to 10th Avenue and Winskill is on your right hand side. There is parking at the  north and south ends of the park.

VANCOUVER:

ERIC HAMBER SCHOOL (EH)  – Located at Oak Street between 33 and 37 Avenues. Parking on Oak Street or in the parking lot at the south end of the field just off Oak Street.

ANDY LIVINGSTONE PARK (LW and LE - west and east)  – Located near GM Place and Chinatown. Bounded by Quebec Street, Keefer Street, Carroll Street and Expo Blvd. From Science World head north on Quebec Street and pass under the Georgia Viaduct. Turn left on to Expo Blvd. Use parking lot or park on the street. LOCK UP YOUR CAR AND LEAVE NO VALUABLES SHOWING.

WRIGHT FIELD (UBC)  - Wright Field (formerly site of Harry Logan Athletics track) is located at UBC South Campus, between Chris Spencer Fields and Harry Warren Field, near the Allan McGavin Sports Medicine Clinic.

ST. GEORGES SCHOOL (STG) – Located at Camosun Street & 29th Avenue in Vancouver. From Oak Street at 41st Avenue head west to Dunbar, turn right and proceed to 29th Avenue. Turn left  and proceed west across Camosun Street  then turn right into the school. Parking lot and field are on the north side of the school.

CROFTON HOUSE SCHOOL - The field is inside the grounds of Crofton House School. Access is on the east side of Blenheim Street, just south of West 41st Avenue. Travelling west on 41st Avenue from Granville Street, go through the Kerrisdale business district. After passing Kerrisdale Elementary School on your right, turn left (Crofton House School on your left on the corner) and the gate is about 30m along on your left. Travelling west along S.W.Marine Drive, turn right on Blenheim Street and the entrance is on your right just before meeting W.41st Avenue.

WEST VANCOUVER:

RUTLEDGE FIELD (RUT) - Water-based turf field at Ambleside Park in West Vancouver. Parking on the west side of the field off 13th St and Marine Dr. You can also park across the tracks in Ambleside Park.

Getting to Ambleside Park from Hwy 1 Westbound:
Take 2nd Narrows bridge to North Shore. Exit at 15th Street in West Vancouver. Proceed South (down the hill) on 15th Street to Marine Drive. Turn left at Marine and turn right at the lights at 13th Street. Field and parking lot are on your left.

AMBLESIDE D and E  – West Vancouver - Field Turf
Fields D & E are marked with banners high on the south end fences, Field D is on the west side and Field E is on the east side.
Turf fields are at the northeast side of the park, visible from Marine Drive. Parking is located at the Ambleside Youth Centre (eastbound off Marine), or south of the railway tracks (go down 13th Street and turn left into parking).

Getting to Ambleside Park from Hwy 1 Westbound:
Take 2nd Narrows bridge to North Shore. Exit at 15th Street in West Vancouver. Proceed South (down the hill) on 15th Street to Marine Drive. Turn left at Marine and continue past lights at 13th Street. Fields are on your right. Look for an entrance lane on the right side. If you go too far you end up at Park Royal and have to backtrack.
Access to the fields can also be made when heading west on Marine Drive. Just west of Park Royal Village there is a left hand turn lane to Ambleside fields.
