Shortly after, Logan Middleton would cut the Copperheads (12-8-1) deficit to 4-3 with his second of the game, but Tye Mulgrove would ice it with an empty-netter in the final minute.

Dylan Houston finished the day with three assists, for Stettler, which got a 31-save performance from goaltender Jordan McCallum. Rylee Jacobson and Quade Cassidy rounded out the scoring.
