Carter Conway’s overtime magic put an end to the drought for the Thrashers.

THREE HILLS – Carter Conway scored the winner 22 seconds into overtime as the Three Hills Thrashers secured the 3-2 win over the Mountainview Cols on Wednesday evening.
The win snaps a 14-game losing skid for the Thrashers (1-14-0), which also got goals from Connor Raddis and Jeremy Melnyk.
Klay Munro was rock solid between the pipes, stopping 41-of-43 shots on the night.
Matthew Myatt and Zane Leatherdale replied for Mountainview (10-8-4), which got 29 saves from Reid Money.
