Three Stars
1. Dawsen Savage, Medicine Hat Cubs — The Medicine Hat product turned aside 62 of 64 shots during a 2-0 weekend. The 18-year-old kicked out all 19 pucks that came his way in a relief appearance as Medicine Hat beat Ponoka 4-2. Savage also stopped 42 shots in a 6-2 victory over Rocky.
2. Jason Creighton, Coaldale Copperheads — The Fort MacLeod product was a big part of the Snakes offence as Coaldale went 2-1-0. Creighton scored once and added an assist in a 4-3 win over High River, had a helper in a 4-3 loss to Cochrane and added a trio of assists in a 6-1 victory over Strathmore.
3. Travis Gerrard, Mountainview Colts — Gerrard had three assists in a 5-1 victory over Red Deer and scored a pair of goals in a 4-3 loss to Stettler for a five-point weekend.
