Three Stars

1. Bailey Nesbitt, Ponoka Stampeders — The 19-year-old led all HJHLers with a half-dozen points on the weekend. Nesbitt had a goal and an assist in a loss to Airdrie and then scored a hat trick, including the game winner, and added a helper in a victory over Strathmore.

2. Garret Vander Ploeg, Strathmore Wheatland Kings — The Calgary product sniped a hat trick, including the overtime winner as Strathmore edged Rocky and finished off with a goal in a loss to Ponoka.

3. Josh Gette, Mountainview Colts — The Innisfail product scored a hat trick, giving him a career-high 28 markers on the season, and added an assist in a win over Stettler and then had an assist in a loss to Cochrane.
