Dawsen Savage is in the series.

And so are the Medicine Hat Cubs.

Savage made his return to the crease, kicking out 33 shoats as Medicine Hat evened their South Division semifinal at a game apiece.

Savage hadn't played since suffering an injury on Jan. 25.

Desmond Crawford potted a pair of goals, Mason Fischer had a goal and an assist and Brayden Anderson and Austin Klimosko also found the net for the Cubs.

Brandon Aab provided the Generals' lone goal.

Devin Reagan has boarded up the net.

The Bisons goaltender has faced 67 shots — including 33 on Sunday — and has made 67 saves.

Reagan's back-to-back goose eggs have given Okotoks a 2-0 lead in the HJHL South Division semifinal.

Austin O'Bray led the way with a goal and two helpers while Nic Jordan, Dylan Wenzel, Ryan Bedard and Evan Woods all scored and added an assist.

Tyson Laduke rounded out the scoring for the hosts.

Wranglers 5, Vipers 4 (overtime)

The Wranglers overcame a 3-0 deficit to post their second consecutive overtime win.

Caileb Berge's second of the game 1:37 into sudden death gave Sylvan Lake a 2-0 lead in the series.

Dayton Playford forced extra time when he sniped the equalizer with 2:31 to play.

Brett Westin and Payton Wright also scored for the Wranglers.

Jace Paarup scored twice while brother Justin had a goal and an assist for the Vipers.

Cole Hardman rounded out the scoring for Red Deer.
