Telsen Luc scored twice including the game winner with 6:43 remaining in the second overtime as the Wetaskiwin Icemen knocked off the Red Deer Vipers by a 3-2 score to capture the 2016 Alberta Provincials bronze medal.
Nicholas Glackin tallied a goal and assist for the Vipers, while Dustin Spearing opened the scoring just 1:22 into the game.
Cole Sears was rock solid in goal, stopping 58 shots on the day.
Meanwhile, the North Peace Navigators captured the gold medal and punched their ticket to the 2016 Keystone Cup with a 3-2 win over the Wainwright Bisons in the final game played at the Red Deer Arena.
