COCHRANE -- Brandon Aab and Connor Rendell each scored twice and added an assist as the Cochrane Generals rolled to a 7-2 win over the Coaldale Copperheads on Saturday night in Game 3 of the South Division final.
Brett Hamer also had a three-point night, scoring once and setting up two more as Cochrane now leads the best-of-seven series 2-1.
Corey Goeson and Chad Harrison rounded out the scoring, while Ty Robinson turned aside 33 shots between the pipes.
Cochrane held leads of 3-0 after 20 minutes and 6-2 going into the final frame.
Game 4 of the series goes Wednesday evening in Coaldale. Puck drop is at 8:00pm.
