Week 19: Three Stars of the Week

SCWHL

First Star: Elieka Jope (Surrey Wildcats)
Elieka Jope collected three points in a pair of games in Week 19 to lead the Surrey Wildcats to their first two wins of the SCWHL season.
Jope scored once asnd assisted on another in a 4-3 win Saturday afternoon over the Island Surge in Abbotsford.
InSunday’s rematch, Jope netted her third goal of the season in a 3-1 win over the Island at Planet Ice - Delta.

Second Star: Haneet Parhar (North Shore Rebels)
A four-point game from Haneet Parhar powered the Noprth Shjore Rebels to an 8-1 victory over the Island Surge Friday night at the Langley Sportsplex, clinching a playoff berth for the defending league champions.
Playing her first game of the season, the former UBC T-Bird scored once and assisted on three other goals.

Third Star: Cassidy Hendricks  (North Shore Rebels)
A 20-save shutout from Cassidy Hendricks allowed the North Shore Rebels to blank the Richmond Devils 2-0 Thursday night at the  Moody Park Arena in New Westminster.
A SCWHL First-Team All-Star and the Most Outstanding goaltender in the 2018-19 season, the former University of Saskatchewan Huskies netminder earned her first shutout of the season.
