Adam Stokes picked up the shutout on Friday night as the Bredenbury Cougars won their fourth straight game, 4-0, over the Theodore Buffalos on Friday night.
Luc Galatiuk scored a pair of goals to lead the offense, while Don St. Marie got it started just over two minutes into the first.
Sean Kolodziejski also scored for the Cougars, who open up a three point lead on second place Ochapowace in the standings. Bredenbury defeated Ochapowace in overtime in their only meeting this season.
The loss drops the Buffs to 1-and-2 on the year.
There are no further games this weekend although the Cougars are back at it on Thursday when they host Esterhazy, the only team in the league they have yet to face.
Theodore's next game is Saturday at Hudson Bay.
Ochapowace is off until the 13th of December, when they entertain Bredenbury.
